About Me/Company and Experience:
From a young age fitness has been a passion of mine. I live breathe eat and sleep what I preach. I absorb myself in as much information as I can to constantly expand my knowledge. My continous drive to improve is what I use to help my clients reach their goals. Assisting my clients in achieveing their goals is my greatest reward and something of an obsession.

Having trained over one hundred clients in my time as a personal trainer to date, I have gained masses of invaluable experience. Ive successfully trained clients with a variety of ages and abilities including individuals who would otherwise be prevented from partaking in exercise due to inury and /or disability. One of my clients was a competitor in the Miss Earth World competition and I assisted her in getting competition ready

Many of my current clients have sought out my service after being inspired from observing my demanding, fun and ever changing training sessions and classes.
