Gained my qualification with the industry leader Premier Global along with other quality qualifications such as Paul Chek, London Kettlebells, Steve Maxwell and Josh Henkin.......but let's have this right, all the qualifications in the world won't mean a thing if you don't get results for your client.

After a four-hour op and all those disgusting anaesthetics, I was up and feeling agile and good in myself two days later.
Since then, Sean has given me two really great workouts to sort out posture and general conditions, plus loads of really smart nutritional advice.
I've found his training philosophy easy to follow and very effective. No empty promises. Good basic, logical movements based on what I'm going through as a 50-year-old doing a very sedentary job.
I don't have a lot of time for exercise and he knows that, so these tough
15-minute sessons are real life-savers.
